Auxilium Global Foundation · Who We Are

Built from
Conviction.
Not Pity.

Auxilium Global Foundation was not born from charity. It was born from the belief that those of us who have found our footing carry a moral responsibility to reach back — and to stay for as long as it takes.

Our Mission

Showing Up
for Those Who
Had No One.

Auxilium Global Foundation is rooted in one conviction — every person who has sacrificed, struggled, or been left behind by circumstance deserves someone in their corner. Not for a day. Not for a photo. For as long as it takes.

We work across Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh, reaching single mothers navigating life alone, orphaned children with no access to education, families of martyred soldiers left to handle bureaucracy in grief, and girls one family crisis away from leaving school for good.

We are not a charity that distributes and disappears. We onboard, we accompany, we follow up — and we connect every beneficiary to Medhaas, our professional mentorship program, so their futures are not limited by where they started.

Our Core Conviction
"Dignity is not something we give people. It is something they already have. Our job is simply to stop standing in the way of it — and to stand beside them instead."
🤝
Long-Term Presence
We do not do one-time visits. We stay for annual check-ins, follow-ups and continued support.
📋
Documented Impact
Every family, every enrollment, every outcome — tracked and accountable, not just claimed.
🌱
Dignity Over Dependency
We build livelihood, confidence and skills — not a permanent need for us.
🔍
We Find Them
Especially those in rural districts who cannot navigate bureaucracy on their own.
Our Story

How Auxilium Global Foundation
Came to Be.

2023
Foundation
The Foundation is Established
Auxilium Global Foundation is formally established in Karnataka by Bhavya Gopal and Subrahmanyam L — built on a shared conviction that systemic giving back must be structured, sustained and locally rooted. The three flagship programs — Nari Udyam, Veer Parivar and Bal Shakti — are conceived from the ground up, drawing on real data from government records, judicial statistics and field observation across TS and AP.
2023
Medhaas
Medhaas Mentorship Program Launched
Medhaas — the Foundation's professional mentorship initiative — is launched alongside the Foundation itself. Designed to bridge the gap between ground-level welfare and long-term professional futures, Medhaas opens access to industry mentors, career mapping and job readiness coaching for all Auxilium Global Foundation beneficiaries, girl students and children of martyred soldiers across the two Telugu states.
2024
Programs
Programs Begin Active Outreach
Nari Udyam, Veer Parivar and Bal Shakti move from design to active delivery — reaching single mothers, soldier families in rural districts and orphaned children across TS and AP. Health camps, rural awareness sessions and scholarship disbursements begin. NGO and state home partnerships are established to extend the reach of all three programs.
2025
Today
Scaling Across Both Telugu States
The Foundation continues to expand its presence across Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh — deepening existing relationships, adding new beneficiaries and building a structured volunteer network of lawyers, doctors, counsellors and ground support staff. The onboarding infrastructure for NGOs, state homes, volunteers and individual beneficiaries is formalised and made publicly accessible.
The People Behind It

Our Founders.

Two people. One conviction. A foundation built to last beyond good intentions.

P
Bhavya Gopal
Founder · Auxilium Global Foundation
"Real support is not a gesture. It is a commitment to stay — until the person in front of you no longer needs you to."
Bhavya did not arrive at this work through theory. She grew up watching her grandmother and her mother navigate life as single parents — both having lost their husbands far too early, both carrying everything alone with quiet, unrecognised strength. That absence of anyone who showed up for them became the seed of everything Auxilium stands for today.

Humble, grounded, and deeply rooted in purpose, Bhavya brings a personal fire to this Foundation that no amount of training can manufacture. She has seen first-hand what it means to be a woman with no one in her corner — and she has made it her life's work to change that for others. She leads Nari Udyam and Bal Shakti with that conviction at the centre of every decision.

Across Nari Udyam and Bal Shakti, she leads the Foundation's work with single mothers, abandoned women, orphaned children and girl students. Her approach is hands-on, non-hierarchical and unwavering in its focus on dignity.

S
Subrahmanyam L
Technical Head & Promoter · Auxilium Global Foundation
"Good intentions run out. Systems don't. My job is to make sure every program we run is built to outlast enthusiasm."
Subrahmanyam brings the systems, the networks and the long-term thinking that turns good intentions into functioning programs. Where Priya's work is relational, Subrahmanyam's is structural — ensuring that the Foundation's outreach is documented, its partnerships formalised and its processes repeatable at scale.

He bridges the Foundation with government welfare bodies — Kendriya Sainik Board, Karnataka Sainik Welfare Department, DESW — and leads the Veer Parivar program's outreach to soldier families in rural TS and AP. He also oversees the architecture and delivery of Medhaas, the Foundation's professional mentorship initiative.

Medhaas — professional mentorship platform

What We Believe

Six Things We
Never Compromise On.

01
No one is too small to see
We do not limit our work to those with documentation, addresses or government-recognised status. If a person needs support, they deserve our attention — starting from where they are.
02
Support is not sympathy
We are not here to feel sorry for the people we work with. We are here to work alongside them — building livelihood, legal access, education and confidence that outlast our presence.
03
Data over vague claims
Every program we run is anchored in real numbers — government records, judicial data, UNICEF estimates. We do not inflate our impact or make claims we cannot back with evidence.
04
Rural districts are not an afterthought
The most invisible families — soldier widows, rural single mothers, children in district shelters — are often the least reached. We specifically design our outreach to find them first.
05
Welfare ends at livelihood, not before
We consider our work complete only when a beneficiary has a sustainable path forward — through a job, a skill, a business, an education or a professional network via Medhaas.
06
Society gave us our start
Both founders of Auxilium Global Foundation built their own paths with the support of communities, institutions and people who showed up. This Foundation is our way of doing the same — for others, for the long term.
What We Run

Three Programs.
One Foundation.

Each program is designed end-to-end — from outreach and onboarding to long-term accompaniment and Medhaas mentorship access.
